WELL! Last night was our first show at Ric's cafe in the valley.. and by golly gee willikers it went OFF!!
A laid-back funky ad-hoc affair that saw some collaboration with local talent, which made for a truly mad and sometimes freestyle 'trip to the moon'
The boys were in fine form (as usual!) and the crowd was loving every second of it.
Local MCee's representing were; Raman, Dirty Dan, Sumkant and even DJ Boomski dropped a verse!..on the DJ side of things, we had the illustrious Johnny Oldschool(White Lion), Sumkant('98 QLD DMC champ) and Dj HAZ drop in to give us a taste... with Seany B holding it all down in mad stylee!!
If you werent there..damn, you missed out!.. look out for the next one. Big ups to Ric's and LoFi 70!!
Rumours: *Late Nov, look out for a jam at the coorparoo skate park, in memory of a good friend, Pete Scott.
*The guys recorded 4 songs at the conservatorium of music a few weeks ago.. so you might hear something new on your radio real soon.
